What Equipment is needed?

Required equipment: For some, tennis balls will be used and not all equipment will be required at all times, but if you have it or are more experienced, bring the following: (Coaches will also have sticks to provide if needed)

Boys: Helmet, Chest Pad, Stick, Mouth Guard, Cleats or Tennis shoes

Girls: Goggles, Mouth Guard, Stick, Cleats or Tennis Shoes

Goalies: Helmet, Throat Guard, Mouth Guard, Gloves, Chest Pad

At what age can players participate?

Any Boys or Girls from 3rd through 8th grade may participate!

What can we expect?

Our pre-season session is geared to keep kids active, freshen up their skills prior to the regular season, and to have fun! Practices and informal scrimmages

What if I can't participate every week?

Easy! We provide a weekly "Drop-In" Option for anyone that can only participate on occasion due to ski days, vacations, school, etc.

Example - if you can only participate 2 of 6 sessions, your total cost would be $30.00 OR all 6 sessions for $75 (not including the required US Lacrosse Membership fee which can be obtained at www.usalacrosse.com at $35/annually)

Why is every participant required to obtain an additional US Lacrosse membership?

LAX West/Grand Valley Lacrosse is a Lacrosse Club sanctioned by US Lacrosse (governing body of lacrosse), as such, membership is required for participation.
