High School Registration
Lacrosse is now a CHSAA recognized sport for School District 51. To become a CHSAA high school sport Grand Valley Lacrosse had to agree to pay all costs associated with making this a high school sport. Unfortunately, with no funding from School District 51 we are in the need to collect and raise funds to make the program run. Items the lacrosse league will be funding are: Officials, transportation, lodging, coaches salaries, uniforms, official assigner and equipment. Even after we, as a club have collected our $200 registration fee we will still be needing to raise an additional $38,000.00 for the program. We will be asking our parents, athletes and community members to help us with fundraising efforts to run our high school program.
Registration will be a two step process
Step 1
Register with Grand Valley Lacrosse online at www.grandvalleylax.com . The required registration fee will be $130.
Step 2
Each student will be required to register with the athletic office of the school they attend. ALL Athletes must have on file in the Athletic/Activities Office each of the following before your student is allowed to participate in official practices or games:Signed Athletic Contract/ Parent Permission/ Insurance Information Form A current Physical, within the last year
Step 3
Payment of the District #51 Athletic Fee - $70
Forms required for #'s 1 and 2 above can be obtained in the Athletic Office or on your high school website. A practice participation permit will be given to student’s after the above is turned in. This must be turned into the coach before the first official practice to participate. The official start of practices and try outs will be 02/22/2010.

YOUTH REGISTRATION
All youth players 8th grade and under will be able to register on this web site. The total fee for youth regisrtration is $ 200.00 includes your U.S. Lacrosse registration which all youth players must have.
